Rescue organizations must meet the following requirements:

Be incorporated as a nonprofit agency, recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3), and qualified to do business in the state or territory in which they are located, or be a public (local government) entity

Be in operation for at least 1 year prior to applying for funding

Operate and be located within PA, NJ, DE, and MD

Actively help to reduce the number of homeless animals in the community.

Actively facilitate foster care and adoption
Responsibilities of Rescue Partners-

Your Rescue must be active on social media, with a good level of Active followers

Sharing TTR posts is required, encouraging your followers to like TTR and share our posts as well is paramount to success.

All Rescue Partners must support each other. Share each other’s events and all highlighted animals posted on TTR page. We are building a Support Community and working with each other positively is a MUST.

Online sales are necessary to building monthly profits. TTR attends 6-10 vendor events a month to build sales, educate community about our Mission and spread our name as far as possible. Online sales make up where Vendor events may fall short. Most events do well but not all. Encouraging followers online to support TTR through purchasing items benefits Rescue Partners

Rescue Partners receive equal shares of monthly profits. If a Rescue is not following the requirements it is unfair to those putting in the effort. Rescues not fully participating will need to be removed.
